Never thought we would want to hear a flood warning until this year. Levels are on the rise everywhere and the forecast shows rain for the rest of the week. This will definitely help in headwater and impoundment volume. The wildfire danger index is down to Class 1 and 2. Pretty good news considering how things looked earlier this month.
The big question now is how much will be contained in the storage areas and how will it be managed. We haven't been very impressed with the water flow management teams history. Hopefully we will see something in line with actual environmental stewardship.
Get the 1" bobbers, long nymph leaders, split shot and some dirt snakes ready. That hunger pang is going to come on hard when the drop hits.

Rain, it was a blessing.
